Service Description
Dance your way through the Summer! These classes are designed for over 55s with little or no previous ballet experience. Learn a new skill, keep yourself moving, improve your posture and balance and discover the joy of dance all from the comfort of your own home! Join us live via zoom or catch up in your own time. Recordings are available for 3 days after each class. We will work through simple exercises at the barre and centre that don’t require a lot of space. All you need is something to act as your ‘barre’ - eg. a worktop or sturdy chair!

Cancellation Policy
Sessions within this booking are non-refundable and unused sessions cannot be carried forward to future bookings. If when making your booking you are aware of any sessions you will not be able to attend you may switch to an alternative session by prior arrangement. You must notify dates at the point of booking and alternative classes are subject to availability. Classes cancelled less than 36 hours in advance of the start time cannot be rescheduled. Studio Physique takes the safety and welfare of its clients very seriously. If you have any existing health conditions please check with your GP to ensure it’s safe to take part and notify us in advance. If you find anything painful during class please stop immediately. We regret that Studio Physique cannot accept any liability for injuries sustained in a class.
