We offer multiple classes across the week including our signature strength and fitness class Barre Physique, private Reformer Pilates and Adult Ballet. Our group classes are large enough to enjoy the camaraderie of working with others but intentionally kept small to ensure a personal and hands on approach.


Our group classes run in 6 - 7 week courses and can be booked below. If you'd prefer to try a class before committing to a course please email
